You wish to rent?
Bookings will be processed as simply as possible, as follows:
- You check whether the object is available at the desired time.
- You fill in and send the following email.
- You receive the ratification and the contract via email. You sign the contract and send it back by post or fax. You pay the advance payment or the full price as cited in the contract. Upon receipt of payment and signed contract you receive a confirmation via email.
- After all the formalities have been completed you start your vacation. You will be awaited on location by the local supervisor, who will show you the house and accept the rental deposit. The supervisor is at your disposal should there be any problems. The same person will be there on your departure for the return of the rental and also repays the rental deposit.
