Das Ferienhaus

Right in front of the house there's a parking lot. The holiday home is a row house. On the lower ground floor there is a studio apartment that can be rented separately.
The house:
The apartment is functionally furnished. It has a kitchen unit (electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) and a digital satellite system with television set. Internet access can be booked separately from the supervisor.
It has a small terrace facing the front of the house (westward). The terrace is linked to the living-dining room that is furnished with a sofa bed. On a mezzanine floor the kitchen is linked to an enclosed terrace (eastward) provided with sun loungers. On the top floor there's a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
The studio apartment:
The studio is a small apartment (attention: ceiling height only 1,95 m) with a sofa bed in the living room, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The space in front of the house is used as a porch. This reasonable offer is perfect for two young people.
